AREAS OF USE
It is applied as a decorative and protecting material on appropriately prepared mineral surfaces such as black plaster, concrete, or cement board at interior and exterior spaces of all buildings, and is also applied on old painted surfaces.

It is easy to prepare and apply. It is ready for use. It provides high adherence to concrete and plaster-applied surfaces. It is resistant to water and frost. It is not affected from temperature differences.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dust, swollen coats, dirt, oil, etc. present on application surfaces must be cleaned from the surface. Surfaces with old paints and synthetic surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly. If application is to be made on new mineral surfaces, the surface should be cured for at least 28 days. If necessary, the surfaces should be repaired with STUCCO TURCO REPAIR-PASTE. The surfaces to be painted should be primed with STUCCO TURCO PRIMER EXT. It is recommended that the primer to be used be the same color as the selected exterior paint. STUCCO TURCO EXTERA SIL should be mixed thoroughly before application. STUCCO TURCO EXTERA SIL should be diluted with water at a rate of 15% by volume and mixed well until it becomes homogenous. It should be applied as two coats by means of a brush or a roll. At least 6 hours should be allowed to expire between coats. The ambient temperature and the temperature of the application surface should be at least +5oC during the application as well as for at least 24 hours thereafter. It should not be applied in very hot weather, in direct sunlight, or when strong winds or rainfalls are expected. Extremely hot surfaces should be moistened before application. Application tools should be washed with water immediately after use.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE
No more than three buckets should be placed on top of each other in their unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment. Shelf life is 12 months from date of production under suitable storage conditions.

SAFETY MEARURES
Work clothes, protective gloves, goggles, and masks suitable for workers health and safety should be used during the application. Due to irritant effects of uncured material, it should be washed with plenty of water and soap immediately in case of contact with skin and eyes. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. No food and drink should be brought into application areas. Store it out of reach of children. Please refer to the safety data sheet for further information.
